What happens if Lullavo ever has to close. Short version: you get your recordings, you get notice, we delete properly.

The three promises

  • 90 days’ written notice before any shutdown.
  • Export stays on for the full notice period.
  • Deletion within 90 days of closure.

What to do if you see the wind-down banner

  • Open Account settings → My recordings.
  • Press Download all recordings.
  • Save the ZIP to at least two places.
  • If you have a trusted contact or someone who’d want the recordings, share the files directly with them.

Why 90 days

Enough time to notice, download everything, and forward to family. Shorter would rush; much longer would be infrastructure we can’t sustainably promise.
