Shipping

We ship Lullavo sticker packs within the United States. International shipping is available on request: email the contact form before ordering.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days of payment. Most packs ship from [WAREHOUSE LOCATION] via [CARRIER].

Delivery time

  • Standard shipping (US): [3–7] business days after processing.

Shipping timelines are estimates. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or peak seasons are outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Lost or damaged packs

If your pack arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, email the contact form within 30 days of the ship date with your order number. We’ll replace the pack at no cost.

Returns and refunds

Unopened, unused packs

You may return an unopened sticker pack within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping costs are not refundable). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Activated packs

Once a sticker in a pack has been activated (claimed by an account), the pack is considered used and is non-refundable.

How to return

  1. Email the contact form with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with a return address and any instructions.
  3. Ship the pack back. We recommend a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. Return the original and place a new order.
