How Lullavo handles account closure: 90 days’ notice, exports stay available, files deleted within 90 days of closure.
Your recordings belong to you. If Lullavo ever has to close, here is exactly what happens, and exactly what we promise.
90 days’ written notice
We will give you at least 90 days’ written notice before any shutdown. Notice will go to the email address on your account and be posted prominently in the app.
Export remains available throughout
Self-serve export keeps working for the full notice period. You can download any single recording from its detail page, or pull a complete ZIP of every recording from Account settings. The ZIP includes a JSON and CSV index and a plain-English README so the files stay useful decades from now.
Deletion within 90 days of closure
After the service closes, recordings remain recoverable for up to 90 more days in case you need additional time to export. After that, audio files and account records are deleted from our storage and backups on a rolling schedule.
Trusted contacts
You can name a trusted contact in your account settings. If you become unable to manage your own account, that contact can request a transfer of your recordings through our support team. See trusted contact.
