One person you name. If the time ever comes, they can request your recordings.

A trusted contact is the person you’d want reaching us if you passed away or could no longer manage your Lullavo account. Naming them is optional, and the act of naming them does nothing by itself.

What naming a trusted contact does

  • We save their name, email, and relationship to you.
  • We send them a single email right away letting them know you’ve named them.
  • That’s it. No account is created for them.

What it does NOT do

  • Doesn’t give them access to your recordings.
  • Doesn’t grant any legal authority.
  • Doesn’t auto-transfer your account on any event.

Setting a trusted contact

  • Open Account settings.
  • Add name, email, relationship, and an optional note.
  • Press Save.

Changing or removing them

Same card, any time. If you change the email, the new contact gets a fresh “you’ve been named” email, and the previous contact gets a short removal notice.

What happens if the time comes

Your trusted contact visits lullavo.com/transfer-request, fills in their information, uploads a supporting document, and submits. Our team reviews within 5 business days. See Transfer request.
