For family members who need access to a loved one’s recordings after they’ve passed away or can no longer manage their account.
This is the process for next of kin (or a named trusted contact) to receive a loved one’s Lullavo recordings. We do every review by hand. No automation approves transfers.
Before you start
You’ll need:
- Your own name and email.
- The account holder’s name and the email they used for Lullavo, if you know it.
- One supporting document (PDF, JPG, or PNG, up to 10 MB): a death certificate, funeral program, obituary, or equivalent.
Submitting the request
- Visit lullavo.com/transfer-request.
- Fill in your info and the account holder’s info.
- Upload the supporting document.
- Complete the short “are you human” check.
- Press Submit.
You’ll see a confirmation page with a reference number TRF-2026-NNNNN. We send a confirmation email within a minute or two.
What happens next
- Our team reviews within 5 business days.
- We’ll sometimes email to ask a follow-up question.
- We then approve, decline, or (rarely) flag as spam.
If approved
A new account in your name
We create a fresh Lullavo account at your email. You get a sign-in link. Once you’re in, the account holder’s stickers and recordings are there, cloned for you.
Merge into your existing account
If you already use Lullavo, we can copy the recordings into your own library.
In both paths, the original account is preserved for a full year but locked from new sign-ins.
If declined
You’ll receive a decline email with a short reason. Reply with additional documentation or context. Our team re-opens cases when new information comes in.
Privacy of the supporting document
- Uploaded documents are stored in private storage and never shared publicly.
- Our review team accesses them through time-limited signed links (15 minutes).
- We delete the document within 30 days of resolving the request.
