Every recording on your account is downloadable. We don’t hold your files hostage.

Single recording

1. Open My recordings.
2. Find the sticker with the recording you want.
3. Press Download.

Your browser saves a file named lullavo-<sticker-id>-<YYYY-MM-DD>.<ext>. Extension matches what your phone recorded (typically .webm or .mp4).

All recordings at once

1. Open Account settings.
2. Press Download all recordings.

Small accounts (25 or fewer recordings)

We build the ZIP on the spot and your browser starts the download immediately.

Larger accounts

We queue the export and email you a download link when it’s ready. Large exports run overnight, so you may receive the email within 24 hours. The link is valid for 48 hours.

What’s in the ZIP

• One audio file per sticker.
• recordings.json: machine-readable index.
• recordings.csv: same data, Excel-friendly.
• README.txt: plain-English explanation so a family member opening the archive in 10 years still understands what’s there.

Keeping copies safe

Our two-drive rule: a computer you use every day, plus a second place (external drive, cloud folder). Storage fails; second copies don’t.

Rate limits

• Single download: 60 per hour per account.
• Bulk export: 3 per 24 hours per account.
