Sign-in issues

“Invalid link” or “Expired link”

Sign-in links are valid for 1 hour and single-use. Request a new one at /login.

I never receive the sign-in email

  • Check spam.
  • Verify the email is the one you activated with.
  • Check for typos.
  • If you requested several quickly, rate limits pause for a few minutes.

QR / listener page issues

The QR won’t scan

  • Use the phone’s stock camera app.
  • Tilt the phone slightly; glossy sticker can reflect.
  • Hold about 10–20 cm away.
  • Fallback: type the short code at lullavo.com/start.

Audio won’t play

  • Refresh the page.
  • Check the phone isn’t muted.
  • Try another browser.

Recording issues

“No microphone”

Grant microphone permission in your browser and refresh. On iOS Safari: Settings → Safari → Microphone.

My recording failed to save

  • Stay on the page until you see the confirmation.
  • Check your network.
  • The recorder caps at 15 minutes total.

I saved before I was ready!

You have 7 days to re-record from your first save. Go to My recordings and press Re-record.

Bulk export emails can take up to 24 hours for large archives; see Downloading recordings.

Sticker issues

I lost / damaged a sticker

Email hello@lullavo.com with the short code (if you remember it). We can re-issue a replacement pointing at the same recording.
